"Standard hotel room and served its purpose well. The lobby was beautiful and was an easy check in/out. Staff at front desk were very helpful letting us know to use the street car as it’s free and takes you down to Keybank center."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Mansion. It was perfectly located with free parking facilities. The only item I would give a one star to was their internet access. It was almost non-existant in the room. It was better downstairs but not much."

"This was a very unique hotel! Loved the old time look and decor! Staff was friendly, our room was not ready at the check in hour, we had to wait another 40 minutes before getting into the room. Our bed was not overly comfortable for us. They supposedly serve coffee till 2 pm, but after that they don’t. No coffee shops close to the hotel. Rooms are nice and unique in themselves, the doors to the rooms are solid wood, beautiful."
