Stay away customer service does not exist

Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. First I get an email to tell them 30 minutes before arrivial to meet at the spot. I called multiple times nobody ever picked up. Then parking I spend an hour getting the parking sorted out. First the parking was blocked by another car. I was asked to.move the car an hour later and again new car blocked it. They tried to park me on another parking slot a five minute drive away but actually close in terms of walking. Again there was a car parking on my slot. Back to the place the orginal place still blocked. Again waiting now I was told to drive to a public parking and they would pay the money. Well at the end they did not pay it just gave me my 10€ for parking. Which did not cover half the costs and does not stand in any relation to the hussle. Sorry but that's an absolute no go.

This place truly is a gem. Smack in the middle of the town, walking distance to pretty much anything - from shops, museums, restaurants, bakeries to churches, the main train station, public transportation... The pictures don't lie. This apartment has such a nice vibe and everything is high quality (bedding, furniture). We were very comfortable here even as a family of 6.

Cash No Receipt ?!

They do not take card payments and only take cash payment on arrival, we had go to a cash point with the rep who met us and handover cash, no receipt offered and was told didn’t do receipts. Asked for a text to confirm we had paid! All but strange. Apart from this apartment and stay was absolutely fine and good location.

Fully equipped apartment in good location but...

This fully equipped apartment was conveniently located and in very good condition. The only issue was about check-in. Originally, we were told to wait for 30 minutes but ended up waiting for 50 minutes before the property manager’s other client was late on arrival. In this digital age, if an apartment manager needs to manage multiple sites, he should use digital technology to provide better services.

Apartment is right at the town square and has such comfortable beds. Not easy to find street parking and paid parking was quite expensive. We had to run out to get toilet paper because there were none in the apartment but the supermarket is just a stone throw away.

Consegna delle chiavi abbastanza complicato, posteggio dell’auto altrettanto. L’appartamento era bellissimo e perfetto ma il bagno puzza. Dovrebbero sistemare l’aerazione. Inoltre ho dovuto pagare per il posteggio dell’auto quando pensavo fosse compreso e questo ha portato il costo del pernotto quanto quello di un normale albergo mentre pensavo di risparmiare. La zona comunque è stupenda. Nel complesso il giudizio è comunque positivo ma la prossima volta andrò in un albergo standard

Ottima esperienza agli Apartments Zelny

Sono andato a trovare mia figlia che studia a Brno. L'appartamento è molto bello, arredato con gusto e pulito. La posizione è ottima, nel centro città. Il costo è conenuto. Trattandosi di un appartamento e non della stanza di un hotel bisogna coordinarsi con l'Agenzia facendo sapere in anticipo l'orario orientativo dell'arrivo. Ma questo non è un problema perchè il servizio di consegna della chiave è stato assolutamente tempestivo e cortese.

Loved it!

Great apartment, in a good location in the heart of the city. We arrived by train so it was just a short walk from the station to the apparment. Picking up the keys at Cafe Momenta just across the square was quick and efficient. The only things that could possibly make it more amazing would be a full lenght mirror, diswasher and bedside tables, otherwise it was perfect!
