Located on a quiet, safe street beside a beautiful park with pickleball courts and a playground. Enjoy peaceful morning walks, luxury tile showers, an open floor plan, and a private deck. The location is unbeatable for exploring all Bristol has to offer! *NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGY REASONING*

*PRIVACY & SETUP*While the upstairs is your private Airbnb, there is a completely separate apartment around the back that we rent mid-term/long term. It has its own private entrance in the back basement — you’ll never see or hear this individual. The main home you’re booking is entirely private — your own parking right out front, your own front door, and no shared spaces anywhere on the property.

Our stay here was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable. Jerry our host was awesome. We cooked a homemade meal and had a great time at this property. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

This property is super nice. Anyone would enjoy a stay here. Very, very clean with up-to-date tech. There was not one thing bad about it. The friendly host worked with me when I had to change the date on the reservation multiple times. An excellent experience.

We loved this property. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our daughter. Very clean, lots of fun things to do in the house, great location, and super comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again. The host was super accommodating and very responsive and check in/out and stay info was accurate and simple.

Jerry was great! Very communicative and welcoming. The location of the house was convenient to town and the interstate, was very clean, new, and comfortable. Downstairs neighbor did play loud music every morning (after 9am but still extremely loud, sounded like it was right in the room with you). I loved the idea of having the games in the space but I think for the size of the space it was just too cramped. We had to move the golf putting green to the laundry area because it was blocking the walkway to the bedroom and was a tripping hazard. And playing on the mini pool table required actually moving the table each time you took a shot. It would be better to just get rid of those indoor games for more space inside. My only other suggestion would be to get better towels and provide a better outfitted coffee station. Towels were not absorptive at all, very cheap material. Bed was ok but could have been much more comfortable. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and very affordable with friendly host.

Stayed while in town for business and will stay again if available. Beautifully decorated with local touches. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable from a throw to cuddle on the couch to a beautiful balcony deck with a view of the forest. Nice neighborhood that was very peaceful. This property had so much to offer from a mini pool table to corn hole boards and ping pong. Really enjoyed my stay!!
