寝るだけであれば良いのでは
トイレ(大)が流れない、電球がついてなく電気がつかない、窓を開けると締めるのが非常に大変、扇風機のホコリが酷い。

This is actually a very nice hotel. The rooms are of a high quality and the Black Sheep next door is also good for a coffee and some food.

Love this place
This hotel is close to our office so is ideally placed. This is my 9th stay at this hotel and always book here when I stay business or pleasure. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The showers are fantastic. The big bonus for me is the 6 x 11kw Eon EV charging stations on the carpark.

The best comfy beds ever! Great find
The check in staff lady was so lovely! And friendly! Our room was so fresh and modern. It was very very nice. The bed was sooooo comfortable!!! Will 100% be back. Well worth the money amazing find!

Room not made up for a family
Paid for a family room, and on arrival sofa bed wasn't made up, had to go to reception and ask for bedding. A staff member came fairly quickly, he asked if I wanted him to make bed or if I could do it myself, it was quite late by this point so I made it up but he only brought a single duvet and fitted sheet for a double bed. He had gone by this point and my kids were tired so had to share a double bed with just a single duvet. Also there was guests running in the corridor at 3am!! so not the best night

Superb stay and great value.
Great value hotel which is superb quality for the money. Would stay here next time we have a long journey to Wales. Super well laid out and furnished room, bed was so comfy as was the room which was also decorated with personality.

The room is really comfortable and modern. I checked in at 15.30 but room was still being cleaned. Not a real problem as I was going straight out. Returned at 22.30 and retired for the night. Very comfortable bed and a good night sleep. Coffee and tea facilities are great.

Die Bristol Lodge ist ein schönes Business Hotel mit einer gepflegten Einrichtung. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Rezeption befindet sich im Bistro/Pub neben der Lodge, leider nicht immer geöffnet. Bez. der Zimmerreinigung könnte noch etwas mehr getan werden!

Good hotel
Very basic Hotel by perfect for our needs. They also let us use the main restaurant at the Aztec hotel across the street, which was super kind. The pub food wasn’t great and healthy options were limited.

The Lodge is very nice at this price point...once you get in. Check-in for me seemed like an episode of Fawlty Towers. There's no formal check-in desk. You press a button on an intercom and a voice tells you what to do, but the intercom is balky so it's barely intelligible. Once I figured out that I had to go into the pub next door, it took a while to find the check-in space. The woman there didn't seem too familiar with the system, so when I asked for a higher-floor room, she had to summon a manager. My whole check-in took probably 45 minutes. And then the morning I was leaving, I walked into the pub to get a coffee and the manager said the system showed I'd already checked out, even though I didn't. All in all: Good place to stay, but they need a new reservation process.

Family room not ready for family stay. No bedding on other beds. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Could have been cleaner. Room fixtures and fittings looked tired. Probably won’t stay there again
