Bufflehead Cabin at Tailwaters Lodge boasts outstanding views of the mountains and South Holston river. You'll enjoy sitting on a covered deck with a fire crackling in an outdoor deck fireplace. Bufflehead cabin has two bedrooms and one-bath each with a queen-size bed and Murphy twin XL bed. Complimentary items include coffee/filters for drip-coffee maker, propane grill, 2 milk-crates of seasoned firewood/kindling, free hi-speed 60mbps fiber Wifi along with expanded basic cable TV. The back porch is a wader station for anglers. Because of the grade, this cabin may not be suitable for young children or people with limited mobility. (Maximum Capacity 4).

Great property!

fantastic property, really nicely appointed, wonderful location right on the river. We were there to fish and it has great access to the river which is wadeable when not generating and there are other streams in the area. lots of fun restaurants in Bristol which isn't far at all. owner's were very nice and very helpful in our planning. looking forward to going back!

Birthday Weekend

Paula and Bruce were wonderful hosts. When we arrived it was pouring rain and dark so we had trouble locating the cabin. We called Paula and she stayed on the phone with us while Bruce drove down to personally show us where the cabin was located. He even stayed to make sure we did not need any help. The next day we asked where we could get more firewood and Bruce promptly refilled the firewood for us. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and grill. This will definitely be a location we would recommend.
