We stayed in a Junior Suite with 2 Terraces for reference. Since the main point of being in Switzerland is to get out and enjoy the mountains the room isn't as important. This hotel has one main selling point, location and proximity to the Interlaken West train platform. It is essentially on the platform so you walk out of the hotel and onto the train. Only downside is most of restaurants and areas of interest are on the other side of the town. Not that there is a huge gap, probably about a 20 minute walk, or simply take the train from West to East. Bonus is if you are heading back toward Thun, Zermatt, Zurich etc you are already on the correct side of town. Included breakfast was great, plenty to choose from as it was a large buffet. I would recommend staying here.
