Very well located, next to the Baar train station to go anywhere in Switzerland by train, direct train from/to Zurich airport, close to Lucerne. Overall great experience

The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that but I'm sure it was good. Starbucks and other restaurants are close by and the train station has lots of shops and more places to eat. I can not say enough good things about staying here.

Everything was great, but a fresh roll of toilet paper would be essential, plus a small body lotion, and steamer for clothes. Everything else was perfect, I loved the location! I loved the breakfast buffet and restaurant!!!
