Walk through the links and enjoy the views from the cliff tops, or explore Danes Dyke, a local nature reserve which is a site of Special Scientific Interest. The stately home of Sewerby Hall and gardens is also just a short walk away. The thriving harbour town of Bridlington is just a five minute drive away and offers a plethora of fish and chip restaurants and tea rooms as well as two sandy beaches and an elegant promenade with amusement arcades. A little further afield is Burton Agnes Hall which dates back to Norman times and offers a calendar of events during the summer months. A visit to this area would not be complete without watching the wildlife spectacle at RSPB Bempton Cliffs and taking time to explore the cliff top walks or perhaps enjoy the miles of cycle routes. Inland the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds are waiting to be explored and the cultural city of Hull and historic walled city of York are both under an hour’s drive away.
