Just minutes to Pleasant Mountain for skiing, night skiing, live music at Blizzard’s Pub, and seasonal mountain events, this small but comfortable retreat features a well-equipped kitchen and inviting living space. Downtown Bridgton is under 10 minutes for dining and shopping, and North Conway is just 30 minutes away for outlets and winter fun.

Charming 1-bedroom lower-level condo in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a couple’s escape. Features a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and outdoor deck with a grill for relaxing evenings. Enjoy Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming, and all the comforts of home. Please note guests are above and, on either side, adding a cozy community feel. Short drive to the association’s shared waterfront on Moose Pond and minutes to Pleasant Mountain—close to both Main Lodge and East Side slopes. Ideal for year-round getaways near nature and downtown Bridgton.

Please note that the owners occupy the upstairs unit and have a sweet dog who may occasionally bark when he hears someone come or go. The owners are very mindful of guest privacy and strive to provide a peaceful experience.

Neat and clean everything, great heat - so good! I wish I had booked a few more days it was so cozy, such a great apartment to come back to and rest or have a snack. The "just in case" ear plugs and eye mask were a very nice touch. The dog upstairs only barked a couple of times when there were things he couldn't see happening outside the upstairs apartment door, and never late at night - totally normal dog behavior. Such a great place to stay!
