"Wonderful location just a few steps from the cathedral. The rooms are simple but very nicely furnished; some with spectacular views from a balcony. The breakfast room on the top floor offers wonderful views (including of Mount Etna) and outside eating. The staff could not be more helpful or nice. There is an elevator, but it is necessary to negotiate some stairs as the levels are split. So enjoyed being right in the heart of the city. Since the windows are all double paned, the noise of the street does not penetrate."

"After some difficulty finding the entrance to the parking area, we made our way to the building entrance. Could use some more signage to note that the B&B was located in a building that also housed apartments. The elevator was easy to operate. Lots of codes to get into the various spaces, but easy to use. The staff was super helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The only negatives were that there wasn't enough light over the bathroom sink for shaving or putting on make-up, no shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo. While the glass wall between the shower and the main room was elegant, some might find that visibility to be off-putting. The small balcony was not big enough to sit on, but quite nice to view the street and the piazza nearby. The room was very quiet, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I would stay here again."

"My husband and I just want to say thank you to the manager and front desk receptionist for their service helping navigate our situation due to our flight cancellation out of Catania. They went above and beyond and we are very appreciative of their hospitality. The hotel itself is on the older side, but still very nice and within walking distance of the Piazza and all the restaurants."
