「We booked a "studio with 2 queens." No A/C, but windows open a bit. High/low in-room temps were 76/72°F in our east-facing room w/ no afternoon sun. Cool/cold evenings w/ some wind-plan accordingly! Underground parking, & central, well-lit, above-ground parking. The main building has the complimentary spa amenities: pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, & locked bike/ski storage, restaurant, game/library room, etc. Our room had newly remodeled everything. 「Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. 」
