Deceptive/False Advertising - Avoid
The photos of this property show an elevator, a tepan yaki table and an indoor grill. The renter rightfully expects to be able to use the fixtures shown in the photos - but after payment is made and the renter is in the house, the renter is told that the elevator, the tepan yaki table and the indoor grill are not available.
In addition to that trick, the television in the theater room did not work, light bulbs were missing and batteries in remotes were dead. Management sent a handyman to fix those items.
The home is lovely, but management is terrible. Bad communication. You call the number and you get a voicemail message every time with a long message bragging about all the properties this company manages, then you are put on hold. You never get to speak with the property manager. Instead, you are transferred to what seems to be an overseas answering service. The person at that service is polite but has no power to do anything other than read what seems to be a script. If you ask any questions she has to ask the manager and get back to you. Useless.
The home is lovely, but the management is terrible and the photos are deceptive. Avoid.
