"We really enjoyed our stay the only down side was that it was a holiday and I didn’t realize that breakfast was over at 9:00. It was technically a weekday. They did let us have yogurt, apples and coffee. "

"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

"Airport shuttle was efficient and right on time. Easy to navigate. Room was spotless. Front desk employees were great to work with. Breakfast was unexpected, as our flight was delayed we were able to enjoy it. Couldn’t ask for anything more at a reasonable price."
