Stay comfortable year-round with oil heat and partial AC. Each bedroom is equipped with new mini-split A/C units, and the living room features a portable A/C unit to ensure your comfort. Other rooms are outfitted with fans, and the natural rock walls help keep the interior cool.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck, complete with a gas grill for cookouts. Take in the beautiful surroundings while grilling or simply relaxing with your furry friend, as this property is dog-friendly. Additionally, there are also 4 cats and a friendly lab that run free in the yard.

After a day of exploring the area, catch your favorite show on the smart TV or gather around the large table in the living room, perfect for playing board games, cards, or working on puzzles. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
