The hotel is ideally located, walkable to the main squares, shops and restaurants. The staff were all very helpful - rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Would recommend the hotel and hope to visit again.

Good location in nice city

Good location in the middle of old town, but street outside was very noisy on the weekend with music all night long, ok on weekdays. The room was nice and we had a really nice view, but it was cold and the bed was very hard. Breakfast was mostly sweet stuff. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

Nice place

Sukina and her afternoon/evening colleague at reception were wonderful, providing sightseeing and shopping suggestions. It is right in the middle of the old city and convenient to everything.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel right in the wonderful historic centre of Brescia, 2 minutes from the Duomo. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is that the breakfast room is a little small if you like a long leisurely breakfast.

Lovely location and people, really let down by a faulty heating system, meaning daughter couldn't sleep, and neither could we. Also, being rushed out of breakfast was unpleasant.

The welcoming was warm and nice at 11pm. The staff were always very nice from the counter to the cleaning ladies and people from the kitchen. I enjoyed both good services and advices, location is great, prices are honest. Nice and quiet spot to enjoy the breakfast. Don't know what to add but I don't see what I could complain about.

Location is the only good thing

Well located hotel with nice views. Unfortunately, the rest is not recommended. Super uncomfortable bed and pillow. You hear everything your neighbours say and do. Breakfast is very poor with only a few cold cuts and sweets. I expected more
