"Out of all the places we stayed during our 16 day family vacation/European road trip, this is the only one that was a total bust. "Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave."
