「Le propriétaire a loué son appartement à d'autres locataires sur airbnb. Arrivés sur place l'appartement etait occupé et la propriétaire était injoignable. Une semaine après, je ne suis toujours pas remboursée. C'était un dimanche soir et Abritel n'a pas solutionné le problème. Leur messagerie est en anglais et l'interlocuteur n'a proposé aucune solution. C'est scandaleux ! Fuyez!」
