Villa in Breeduyn Village with Garden
The detached, spacious and luxurious villas in Breeduyn Village were finished in 2017. There are two different types. There's a 4-person villa (BE-8450-103) with two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. There is parking space for one car. There is also a 6-person villa (BE-8450-104) with three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. There's parking space for two cars. Both luxuriously and comfortably furnished villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are two separate toilets, a washing machine and dryer, a TV in each bedroom and box-spring beds. Of course, there is also a garden with a furnished terrace and a few loungers. Note: These are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste; furnishing is not recent but simple/basic and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described. The pictures on display here serve as an example only.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
