Breckingridge area is wonderful and expensive. This place was affordable, but you have to be ready to accept imperfections. It has what you need - all normal kitchen appliances, plenty of kitchenware, excellent washer/dryer, adequate WiFi, good TV with Netflix/etc, comfortable king bed (quiet and dark for sleeping), parking (tho be ready for stairs), good location (given free local transport options), and keypad entry for easy access. That said, the place is worn with dirty carpets, smelly bedspread, 1970s era bath, kitchen/cabinets, uncomfortable couch and stinky armchair. If I could afford better, I certainly would have looked elsewhere, but for the price, it was ok.
