Four O’ Clock Lodge is in one of the most popular locations in Breckenridge! Situated right along the Four O’Clock ski run, you can ski right to this complex after a long day of skiing Breckenridge’s world famous trails or just pop in for a quick lunch before heading back out for more runs. And getting to the lifts couldn’t be easier with the Snowflake lift just half a block away. What’s even better is Breckenridge’s historic downtown is a short a 5-minute walk away!

This Four O’ Clock Lodge condo is a clean, cozy and well appointed 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom top-floor condo in a prime location. This property can easily accommodate your group of up to seven people. While it’s in a prime location that is walkable to everything, you can also opt to hop on the free shuttle that stops just half a block away that runs all over Breckenridge.

Inside you’ll find a cozy living area under vaulted ceilings with big windows that let plenty of natural light fill the space. The living room comes complete with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and comfortable furniture that makes for the perfect place to relax after skiing. The attached porch has a gas grill for barbecuing and overlooks the Four O’ Clock ski run. You’ll even have views of Breckenridge’s Peak 8 and the Imperial ski lift (North America’s highest ski lift).

Just off the living area is the fully equipped kitchen that features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The attached dining area has a nice dining room table that accommodates 6 people with room for 4 more at the kitchen counter. Don’t feel like cooking? Take the short walk to downtown Breckenridge and explore the local restaurant scene!

This property also sports a private 1-car garage, in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs! Summit Mountain Rentals supplies all the linens as well as basic toiletries and each of our properties is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest arrival. Our staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

- Bedroom 1: King bed, flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: Full bathroom with jack and jill sinks and tub/shower.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage with 1 outdoor space - 2 spaces total.

Nice, clean condo. Pictures accurate. Our only negative comment would be that the garage is not attached to the condo, close but a walk to it. Also the hot tub was across the street at a sister complex. Too far to walk in winter wet. It was great to walk a half a block to the lift and ski to our condo at the end of the day.

The location of the condo was excellent, and we could ski-in off of 4’Oclock run at the end of the day. In the morning it’s a short walk across the street to Snow Flake lift. Unfortunately, the dryer in the unit was not working which is the only reason for 4 stars. The property manager did arrange for a couple of portable drying racks which worked in a pinch and allowed us to do minimal wash while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, perfectly located condo just five minutes walk up the hill to the Snowflake chair lift and off of 4 o'clock run easy for an ski back. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of four people (one couple, two teenagers). Cleanliness could have been better (the carpets downstairs looked a bit grungy and the bathtub still had shampoo from the previous guest, and on the day we arrived the strong smell of cleaning products gave me an instant headache. Other than that, it was a pretty great stay. We did not use the hot tub because it is shared and not within the property premises, so can't comment on that.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of the snowflake lift. End of the day access to the condo from the 4 o’clock run. Beautifully decorated. Nice kitchen. Heated garage!!

This property was exactly as described! It was perfect. Great location. My mother in law came to help with our 4 year old and she loved being able to sit and the windows in the afternoons and watch everyone ski in. It is right next to a hill that was perfect for sledding in the evenings. Even saw a few friendly foxes in the afternoons. We did ski school for the kids at Breckenridge Village which was great but based on location I would have chosen Beaver Run instead. I would most definitely stay here again!

Overall really happy with this property. Parked car in warm garage and didn’t touch it for 4 days because the ski lift is practically across the street and food shops and other entertainment are down the hill a couple of blocks. The property itself is nice. Plenty of dishes, towels, beds for 6+ folks. Checking in/out couldn’t be easier.

Location was excellent. Very close to chairlift and easily walkable to Town Center. Had slight issue with the dryer on first night, but company was able to send someone out to fix it that day. I would highly recommend.

The condo was nice. That location was great. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this location. The kitchen was well stocked and has everything you need to prepare dinners, breakfast etc.

Location was great. It was not disclosed that the property was so far from the garage and the amount of stairs to get to the property. The checkin staff were amazing. Kudos to Gabe and Brooks!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was clean and well equipped. The check in process was easy with the Summit Mountain Rental office located nearby. And during our stay, Summit Mountain management was very responsive and sent a technician over right away when the dryer was acting up. Snowflake Lift, the ticket office and Blue Sky Rental was just a few steps across the street from the property. And at the end of the day of skiing, our family skied into the condo - what a great time we had! Our family would stay here again (or another property manage by Summit Mountain).

We were well pleased with the property, I was told “good job picking this place”. Walking distance to Main Street, nice views on quiet property. The inside is very clean, and I thought the decor and furnishings looked nicer in person than they do only, so that was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!
