Ideally located steps from a bus stop that goes directly to the airport and also from a train station where an easy ride gets you to Zurich city center. Room isn't fancy but it is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay there again.

Funky room setup, clean and comfortable rooms.

Everything was very nice. The breakfast buffet had “the best scrambled eggs”. Too many times, the buffet eggs are not cooked well - but these were perfect.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Very convenient hotel located close to both the train station and bus station, which made getting to the airport very easy. Everything was simple, clean, and practical. The breakfast was very tasty. The only thing to note is that the beds were very narrow and quite firm. I had two separate narrow beds that could not be moved together, so pay attention when booking the room type.
