"Stayed here with a few friends and had an awesome time! There’s so much to do on the property between the two pools, pickleball court, and easy access to the river, we basically didn't leave for 2 days. It’s also super close to New Braunfels, which was convenient. The room renovations were really well done and thoughtful, and overall it felt like great value for what you get. Will definitely come back with a group."

"My door wouldn't close from the outside. Although it advertises a breakfast, none is available. The owners are older, so I think they are just trying to keep the place open, so I give them some leeway for this. It is conveniently located, and price was inexpensive. Inside room was clean and well kept up. Decent stay."

"Pros: Plenty of hot water, and water pressure, kitchen well stocked, rooms are very clean, bed is great. This stay was a working stay and not a vacation. The property also had a large lot to walk my dog. Coffee in lobby is great, and a lady named Pat was very accomodating. Cons: rooms could use some updating, but honestly, it was very comfortable."

"Wifi never worked. Wasted two days here Tile floor broken in several areas and would pop. No soap or shampoo. Was looking forward to staying, but was disapponted. Owners seem ok, but no help. I really wanted to like this place, but didnt work for me."
