I originally had another hotel in mind, but the price kept climbing. I checked repeatedly, hoping it would come back down, but eventually I booked Hotel Motto with some hesitation. I had been imagining a more traditional luxury experience—something with a spa where I could really feel pampered. What a wonderful surprise! The room was absolutely adorable, and the décor was incredibly chic. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the personal touches made the experience feel special. Honestly, it felt like I had stepped into a movie and was the main character. I hadn't traveled to Europe in decades, so I put a lot of pressure on this trip and wanted everything to be perfect (even though I know that's impossible). Hotel Motto exceeded my expectations. Location was convenient, lively and fun. I loved my stay, have absolutely no regrets, and would happily return. I'll definitely be back! Je ne regrette rien . Thank you!

Best part was the bus stop right infront of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices. Bathroom tissue that last for days!!! Nice shower too. Stay would have been perfect if the AC works and not just the standard European “AC”. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever coming back. There was a grocery store close by also.

Perfect location, tasteful interior and high quality amenities.

The hotel was amazing and had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Its location was excellent, just a 14-minute walk from both the Rose Garden and the Hofburg. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Luca, Florian, and Annalena, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
