"The reason only2 star: 1. check-in was a nightmare. After arrived on site was told needed to pick up keys at another location. Language issues made this totally unexceptable. 2. Bedroom has only a sheer curtains no privacy at all 3. Mattress was like a camping cot. 4. No shower curtain around tub. Water straying everywhere. 5. Not enough towels in apartment two bath 1 hand, 1 floor. ( 4days) 6. No pillow cases or linen for sofa bed 7. No hand, body, hair soaps of any kind 8. ...

"We have spent new years eve with friends at Rabstejn. The house is very cute and comfortable. Even though we had problems to find the location at first the owners responded directly to our calls and helped us to find it. They also have us a lot of information on what to do and where to go. "We had a very nice vacation at Chateau Novak in Velka Bukova. The house is very originally furnished and has everything you could possibly need: spacious kitchen(s), clean toilets, cozy and clean beds, huge common rooms. A highlight is the piano, billiard and table tennis table, projector + screen, fireplace, garden with seating and barbecue facilities, espresso machine. Everything top! "Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt quasi an nichts und bei Ankunft war auch alles sehr sauber. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück ist es auch für Hunde ein perfekter Ort. Einzig zum nächsten Restaurant b.z.w. Einkaufsmarkt sind es ca. 4-5km. Vielen Dank"

"Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub bei Familie Klima in Pilsen. Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für alle ( wir warn 5 Personen). Es ist alles was man braucht in der FeWo vorhanden. Unser Vermieter spricht super englich und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Ein Sehr nettes Paar. Das Haus am Stadtrand von Pilsen liegt nicht weit von einem sehr gepflegten Park. Dieser eignet sich zum Fahrradfahren, Bootfahren, Spielen und Kicken super. "
