Hello Sarah, thank you for your feedback. We want to apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. We were unaware of any other issues that was wrong, such as the grill, or the chairs. When we spoke the next morning, I was told it was taken care and that no one was upset or worried. Just wanted to pass the information along. We offered to have housekeepers come back to fix the issues, but was told no because you were leaving that morning. We are sorry that we meet your expectations. We can only offer to help when we know what is going on before checkout. We hope, if you decide to stay with us again, it will be a better experience.
