"Excellent space for our weekend, before school starts getaway! PLENTY of plug ins/usb plugs to charge devices. There wasn’t a dresser in master BR but good closet space with hangers. Very nice!"

"No major complaints, just thought it was an average stay. The good: pretty setting, located within 5 min of Silver Dollar City, they did have little things in the kitchen to make it convenient if you forgot something and were cooking (ie: ziploc bags, tin foil, a few spices), there is a Dollar General within 5 minutes, pool area was nice, and laundry was VERY clean (but bring your own quarters and detergent, nothing there to buy & no change available). Poor: the ceiling fan in our room was covered in dust, everything else was clean. There is no one onsite to help you - no extra clean towels, you’ll have to wash yourself if you need more. We stayed a week, so this was inconvenient and it did cost because there is no in-room laundry. It appears as though there is someone on site to help you because there is a main office. However, if you go to the office during their limited 9 to noon hours, they’ll look at you like you have 15 heads and will simply tell you they don’t run the rentals. Nothing more. You’re on your own to figure out answers to any questions you may have. If you’ve stayed here before and know what to expect it would still just be an average stay. Nothing spectacular. Nothing absolutely terrible. 3 stars out of 5"

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful lodge! The 4 spacious bedrooms were great! It was decorated beautifully and the place was perfect for our family! "

"There was a glitch which normally would cause me to ratchet down my rating by a star or so. However, the manager was so responsive, I kept this at a 5. (We liked the place, have stayed here before and would stay here, again.)We arrived around 5:00pm and found the unit had not been cleaned, meaning beds still had sheets from last client and towels were on the floor. (The place has been kept clean enought that nothing else was really problematic.) Within an hour, the manager had cleaners to the property and it had new sheets and towels within 2 hours and the managers issued us a discount. I realize that IF we had arrived at 11:00pm, this outcome. That's why I almost rated this lower. However, "what ifs" only hypothetical and in all reality, this glitch did not affect our stay at all. Great location, nice view, 2 king beds. Met our needs perfectly. Again, the managers responsive easily made up for the glitch."
