- The area around the home is still under construction; certain roads may not be paved
- The popcorn maker is not available for guest use
- Please be aware that the home is located in a new development/construction site, so you may see or hear a an earth mover around on occasion.

- The community pool is located at the top of the development area which is less than half a mile away: 93 Willow Oak Lane- Pool Towels are in the Laundry room on Shelves.
- Only Bedroom 1 is on the main level and stairs are required to access all other bedrooms

- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed

- 5 vehicles can be parked in the front of the home for parking area

PETS: There is grass off the upper roads for your pets. Just rocks and gravel right outside the home.

Location, roominess, pool!

This property served my family’s purpose perfectly! It is much more spacious and accommodating than the photos make it appear. We mostly enjoyed the huge deck and the wonderful communal pool area nearby (large family pool, nice kiddie/toddler pool, hot tub and indoor pool). The outside communal pool area is very well maintained.

Unbelievable!

My family and I would have rather spent all our time at the house instead of out and about in Branson (aside from The Stampede)! We loved every minute of our stay and have ZERO complaints! Thank you and we will be back!

Fun Spring Break

We had a wonderful time! There were 12 of us staying for Spring Break. We loved that everyone had their own space, and bathroom. The kids enjoyed the game options, and swimming pool. The adults loved the deck space, and pool. Large space for eating, and cooking meals. Beds were comfortable too! The drive down is steep, but once you are at the house it is flat. Would recommend.

Beautiful Lakeview.

Nice newer property with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen nicely equipped with extra supplies. The property was clean throughout. It would be difficult to locate without GPS, but Apple Maps was spot on. Longer stays trash disposal would be an issue. Would recommend to families like ok’ing for a nice place near silver dollar city.

Family Gathering

The lodge was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood streets are very steep. The community swimming pool is close and walking distance but it is safer to drive. Wish I knew the view included construction. All in all the place was great. My 5 year old grandkids called it the hotel home. It was very comfortable for multiple families.

Great place for family trip!

We wanted a place with enough space for our family and this place was great! Tons of room in the open areas too, to spread out or gather around the table for a game. Great game room with ping pong, huge kitchen, and nice grill for burgers, fireplace on the porch for hanging out. Beautiful sunsets. We saw a double rainbow from the balcony! The beds were very comfortable, rooms were cozy, and EVERY room had a clean, nice ensuite bathroom. That's pretty incredible! As close to Silver Dollar City as you can get, which was also great for us because we went there several days. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a lot of living room couch type space for everyone and the arm chair tipped forward uncomfortably. But we didn't mind since we we spent most of our time as a family around the big table inside (and also at another big table outside!) All in all, a great trip, and so glad we booked the Canoe House!

Golf Get-Away

We loved the view! Very easy check-in and out, especially for a first time VRBO user! Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was easy to work in, even with multiple chefs. Located minutes from all Branson has to offer.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as described. It was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was clean and was supplied with everything we needed during our stay. Tyler communicated with me before, during and at the end of the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This property was perfect for my group. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The kids took advantage of the ping pong table and had a tournament every night. The property was very clean and we had plenty of paper products. We cooked some so having a grill and spices there was a plus! We will most definitely be back!

Great location amd spacious

Couldn't beat the proximity to SDC. All 10 of us were very comfortable. Could have used some softer furnishings to cut down on the echo....But that could be because we played a ton of ping pong and laughed a lot. Hosts were great. Definitely recommend.

Spring Break was wonderful!

Beautiful home in a great location with fantastic views! Highly recommend for larger group as there is more than enough room to spread out. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace after all of the activities during the day. The clubhouse is a plus if you have teens.

Spring Break Branson

The Canoe house is clean, spacious & beautifully decorated. Our family had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, game room& two huge decks to relax. The owner was wonderful with communication. We loved the indoor pool and proximity to Silver Dollar City Thank you!

The best

We have traveled to Branson around 20 times and this has been the best place we’ve ever stayed. Super spacious! We didnt feel cramped on top of each other like we usually do. The house was very clean and the parking was great. It’s very close to Silver Dollar City, but the best part is it’s pass SDC (so you avoid all of the traffic coming into the city). The owners also provide dog beds for your fur babies and there’s a pack and play, high chair and bath chair for a baby. We can’t say enough good things about this home! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Gorgeous Lake View

The property had a gorgeous view of the lake. It was less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and it was easy to drive to other locations in the area. It was a bit challenging to get to especially when arriving at night. I would recommend better instructions as our navigation kept telling us we were at the property when we were not. This is due to the complex being built into the hill and if you were at a home above or below it, it thought you were there. There was one issue brought to the property contact’s attention that was quickly rectified. The home is open from one level to the other and is the flooring is wood so sound echoes in the property. One chair and ottoman combo look to have two legs from each on the other piece so the chair slopes down at the front and the ottoman slopes up. Overall, it was a gorgeous, prime location and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home.

perfect for our family

The house was a great set up for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and sleeping space for our family ages 2 years - 67 years. The older kids loved the game room set up on the lower level. And the well designed kitchen made it easy to prep meals/snacks. AND - the less than 1 mile trip to Silver Dollar City was SO NICE to avoid all the traffic.
