Nice Clean place. Tastefully decorated. QuietWe basically slept there while running around see things and shows. It is a little more private because there is not a street right in front of it, you walk up a sidewalk off the parking lot to get to it. Would be great for little kids that could get in street. Cost was good for all the room they had there. There were just 2 of us but did have an extra bed and bath that we didn't use.

The location of our cabin was great! So close to the strip, and lots of things to do. The cabin, in theory was clean, well-stocked, and in a great area. We did, however, submit a list of little issues that we had, such as the kitchen hot water faucet wasn’t working, the face of one of the drawers just fell off at the touch, lightbulbs out, the closet sliding door in the master bedroom was off the tracks, etc. Small things, but worth mentioning so that the property owners can fix them!

It started with check-in. The app and email only gave us the cabin address. So, we waited until 4pm like it said but then nothing. Tried calling, texting. finally got a text to call this number but that number went to mailbox. Didn't get checked in until 445pm. all the family and kids were waiting. Once in we found the cabin to have mold in all air vents. see photos. No toilet paper holder, lights not working, parking was full only 4 spots. full all the time had to walk a way to get to cabin. Mold was turned into Branson Health Department. Communitions was terrible. said since we to check in late we would just leave at 1045am on Sunday the company said no, you can if you want to pay. We didn't ask for our money back or new room just wanted 45 more mins on Sunday, but they were a BIG NO. I think it's bad business!

A great property with convenient access to the strip

The cabin was tucked away and felt like you were deep in the woods all the while close to the strip and shows. It was equipped with everything. Checkin was smooth and everyone so responsive.

Family Vacation

This home is up on a hill and has a walkway to get to it. There are only 4 parking spaces for 4 total units. We had 2 vehicles and a handicap person in our party. Not knowing this information ahead of time was a major downside. Thousand Hills did their best to make accommodations for us and were excellent to work with! The place was clean, beds were comfy, and I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a little funny that there is a Christmas tree up but it was too warm to use the fireplace but too cool for the pool to be available. Irony. Lol would still stay here again!

COZY COTTAGE

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in a great location, near everything. Communication with the property managers was excellent. We had a slight problem with the fridge; they had maintenance out that afternoon to fix it. I would highly recommend the property. There are only a couple of items to mention. Our cabin was up a hill by itself with three other cabins. There were four parking spaces, which I believed were explicitly for our cabins. This was not the case. I was informed when I called the office that all parking is first come, first serve. Considering the area, it was a little frustrating, but we adjusted by dropping off my elderly parents, and then I parked the car below. It wasn't very busy this time of year, so parking wasn't too far, just a hike up the hill. It could be an issue during high season. As for the cabin, it was very clean and comfortable. The owners may want to invest in a new coffee pot; it was very, very slow.

Branson Stay

Cozy Cabin

The only thing check in could have done better is given better direction to the cabin. It took us a second but we found it. Also the facilities parking isn't the best but I can see that can not be improved on. The cabin needed to be dusted better but over all was clean

Excellent property and location. But Parking sucked.

Everything was wonderful except they were working on the condo next door and the workmen took up both designated parking spots. Plus other guest were parked (illegally) near the condo. We had to park down the hill! The workers were rude when asked if we could park our car where their truck was to load and they said they’ll be done later that day. They left a trailer there with wood on it all week (5 days, but only worked 2 days). Plus they blocked the sidewalk with sawhorses and wood. Otherwise 5 stars!

Very relaxing time! Everything you need for a nice getaway.

The location is wonderful so close to everything but far enough away for a little privacy. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! The beds were extremely comfortable with awesome bedding. Comfortable seating in the living area. The only thing I missed was a gas grill on the cozy porch but otherwise perfect!! We will be back.
