Smooth no contact check in, fabulous location, well appointed room. We loved Praha!

We stayed here for a week in June while in Prague for the world climbing series. We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. There’s a small market on the block, and several grocery stores within a few minutes of walking. The only downside really is that the check in process was really fiddly - there’s an online component, then an in person iPad component - and I think if you aren’t tech savvy it would be even more difficult than we found it. Of all the places we stayed in Europe over a month, this was the hardest check in and check out process. Not the end of the world by any means, just something to note. The only other consideration worth noting is that the lift only goes to half floors so no matter what unit you’re staying in you will need to do some stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us but I did see several tourists struggling with big wheeled suitcases on the stairs to/from the lift.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. The hotel's location is another big advantage, as it is conveniently close to Prague's top tourist attractions, making sightseeing easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. It provided excellent service, outstanding comfort, and great value. We had a fantastic experience, and if we return to Prague, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Ok we have been to Eurostars for the past 15 years, this is the first time to DISAPPOINT. The front staff do not comprehend English very well. Major problem with housekeeping and even the staff receptionists on different days tried to communicate with them. House keeping is TERRIBLE. Nothing cleaned. Not enough towels. No water depleted. No coffee pods depleted. Didn’t refill the shampoo and hand soap that we had to have maintenance come into our room for 30 mins trying to figure out how to change it and sort of invading our privacy as a family. They didn’t care one bit to make your stay comfortable. The receptionist tried but their statements to me is that a lot of people are complaining about housekeeping. Please change them! This is a major deal breaker for a premium hotel.
