Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!」

Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
