「Allen at check in was amazing. Super friendly and ensured a room was quickly prepared for us even though we were almost an hour early. Facilities were kept impeccably clean. Rooms were much bigger than expected!! All staff members smiled and said hello as we crossed paths. Breakfast wasn't very impressive in terms of options but edible. The pool was fun but there was so much hair in it that my kids and I kept getting caught on it which was gross. 」

They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work!
