The staff were helpful, and we loved the shower area. However, I really disliked the smoking area near the pool. We were sitting and enjoying breakfast when, all of a sudden, we could smell smoke from nearby smokers. In my opinion, the smoking area should be moved away from the pool. This happened more than once. We stayed from Monday to Friday and had four breakfasts and four dinners there. We only got to enjoy one breakfast and one dinner without anyone smoking while we were eating. So in future, we would love to stay there, but the first question would be: smokers!!!

Great staff, particularly Nofi and Romi (spelling?) at the front desk. Wonderful room, restaurant and area. Worth getting a private pool room. Tour was great with Nofi and the offering with Romi. Thanks to all the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here 5 nights with a 2 year old. I was nervous booking such a beautiful hotel with a toddler. There were a lot of children also staying here and there was an amazing kids club. The service was 10/10. Always was asked if anything else they can do for us or the room. This was such an amazing hotel and was sad to leave. We used the push bikes one afternoon and that was great. The only downside was that it was a little bit away from the main road where all the shopping and restraunt are. We also had a pram so lots of walking. Beach front has some amazing food stops. 20 min walk to shops ect I would be back! But for an even more better beautiful room!
