Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Definitely Recommend

This house was spotless and very nice inside. We loved the screened in pool it's not to small just right.The air works great I've stayed at AMI 5 times now and this place has one of the coldest air conditioners yet. It is located in a super quiet and nice neighborhood. I definitely recommend renting this house and the price was just right I think.

Awesome house

We had a great time here, minutes from the beach and shopping centers. The house itself was just enough for my family of 5. The pool topped it off though. When we didn’t feel like baking in the hot sun we chilled outside by the pool in the fully screened in patio. As a mom the washer and dryer was my favorite addition to this vacation! We will be back thanks for a great Stay!
