Amazing stay - would return!

We had such a great experience here. The house was extremely clean and had more than we needed for amenities with 3 kids. We walked or took the trolley everywhere - location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood with a short 30 min trip to the airport. Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Our questions were answered promptly. We liked the close proximity to the beach, but also relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place

Our place was perfect for our family vacation! The hosts were great, and the rental was beautiful and super close to anything we wanted to do. The pool & hot tub were nice and kept everyone busy. This is our first time to Anna Maria Island, but definitely will not be our last! We will also be staying at this place again, highly recommend.

Great Place!

The whole place is so nice. The pool area and the balconies are great to just sit and relax alone or with others. My family and I enjoyed it all. Lovely host and a lovely home. We hope to return, and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and house

We spent three nights here. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. My kids (13 & 12) couldn’t get enough of the pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The beach is right around the corner. So glad we picked this property for our stay.

Great Getaway- great location!

Anna Maria island/Bradenton beach is just the perfect place to enjoy the beach, good seafood and laid back atmosphere. Our home had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. A few items were broken upon arrival but Debra was quick to make things right. We can’t wait to enjoy another year in this lovely location.

Great location close to beach and enjoyed the pool (nicely heated) and hot tub. Outdoor seating area was definitely a plus on a rainy day. Primary bedroom mattress could use an upgrade but other than that the unit had everything we could ask for

GREAT ACCOMODATIONS

This home was VERY close to the beach, roomy, and near everything. On the day prior to leaving we lost our key to get into the home and Kevin was not only understanding but quick to help. Something that was super helpful in the main living area was that the wall switches were labeled. Great location, pool was just enough.

Best weekend getaway!

This is the cutest beach house, so spacious and homey! We loved being able to use the chairs, towels, floaters, and wagon and make a quick walk to the beach. Coming home to hop in the pool and hang out downstairs was so much fun! It had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner was so nice and communication was easy and timely. We enjoyed our stay so much and highly recommend this amazing house!

Great location, beautiful house, everything you need!

We love Anna Maria Island and now have a new favorite place to stay. Check in was easy and everything was as described. The house was well stocked - including high quality beach chairs, wagon, floats, etc. The location is great, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Beds and linens are great and kitchen had everything we needed. Great house, great location. We will certainly return.

Great location

Great location, nice duplex, clean, and comfortable. parking was an issue as the guest on the other side hogged it all in the front and the pool the first day there. This is a shared space, be aware. To many cameras on the property for my liking, in the future I will reframe from staying in A duplex. My preference only. The house was great but I have two beautiful daughters and they were uncomfortable to go into the pool until the other guests left.

The house was wonderful. We had plenty of space and amenities. The house was exactly as described. Check in and out were extremely easy. Parking is tight. Beach was easily walkable and lovely. All around would absolutely recommend.

Perfect location on Ana Maria Island!!

Absolutely beautiful property & location was amazing!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house has a wonderful lanai and pool area that accommodates many people …. This home has a lot of steps that was the only downfall so if you have somebody in your party, that can’t handle steps. This wouldn’t be a good location for them but other than that everything was great.

Perfect in Every Way

This home is perfect in every way -- spacious, clean, great indoor and outdoor seating areas, a wonderful pool, chaise lounges around the pool and on the verandas, plus tables and chairs. The outdoor seating area with TV and a kitchenette is a wonderful feature. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having 2.5 baths for 4 people was a big plus! The beach, a short walk from the house, is spectacular. The owner is very responsive. We'd stay here again!

Great place

Everything went so smoothly. They let us park there, since we arrived early. Helped our selves to chairs, wagon, umbrella, and off to the beach. Only a very short 1 1/2 block walk to beach! The kitchen has everything you need. Full size washer and dryer were great. Lower level by pool, plenty of shade, lots of chairs and another refrigerator.
