"Wir waren für vier Nächte bei Laila und John zu Gast und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft standen ein paar Blumen auf dem Tisch und frische Minze und im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Eier. Wir bekamen Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps und haben uns nach unseren Touren mit dem Auto oder den Fahrrädern über die große Badewanne gefreut. Fußläufig gibt es eine gute Eisdiele, die wir täglich aufgesucht haben."

"Nous avons passé un agréable week-end au village vacances de Volendam. Très bon accueil pour aller chercher notre carte magnétique. Des hôtesses très souriantes. La vue est magnifique... vue sur le port. Extérieurs très propres. Pour l'intérieur, mobilier et literie parfait. Peut-être rafraîchir les murs blancs. "We loved it, very cozy and so easy to walk all over Hoorn. One comment: I am very short (150cm) and everything was too high for me to reach: the kitchen shelf, the bathroom hooks, the closet rack, the vanity mirror, etc. May i suggest that you provide a “grabber” to facilitate hanging up towels, putting dishes away, etc, for us vertically challenged guests? We loved our stay here at Huysjes Rive, and will happily refer your tiny home to friends! Bobbie and Jim"
