Location and view are fantastic, breakfast is a risk very good (baked goods were delicious), but the hotel itself is a bit run down. Room was clean, but sparse and lacking window/ proper ventilation. It was sufficient for our one night stay, but we were glad to be moving on.

Les 3 étoiles ne sont dues au confort de la chambre, petite, lit 140, salle de bain à refaire, pas de climatisation, dommage l'accueil est excellent ainsi que le restaurant et l'emplacement au top.

Grande chambre avec lit double+1 chambre enfant avec un énorme placard qui nous a permis de ranger nos affaires correctement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top👍. Accès direct au chemin du halage et à St cirq la popie. Restaurant très bon rapport qualité prix Piscine avec coin détente et bar

Nous sommes arrivés, j’avais laissé un commentaire pour avoir un lit parapluie qui n’était pas installé. On a voulu boire un verre dans l’établissement le whisky bas de gamme dix euros en plus à aller chercher soi-même. Et quand on a eu à payer, ils nous ont facturé le lit parapluie pour la nuit dix euros Sans nous le dire à l’accueil à notre arrivée on nous a même pas demandé si notre séjour s’était bien passé. Franchement très décevant, surtout pour un lieu touristique.

L hôtel est situé face aux falaises, le long du lot face au port fluvial ( embarquement pour les croisières). Les chambres sont simples et propres. Une rénovation permettrait de moderniser l hôtel tout en gardant son charme Nous avons dîné et pris le petit-déjeuner (buffet) : très bons plats et copieux. Personnel à l écoute : merci pour le changement de chambre qui nous a permis d avoir vue sur la piscine et les falaises.

Todo correcto.

Lo mejor del hotel es el marco en el que se encuentra. La piscina se agradece mucho en verano. El desayuno de buffet fue razonable. La habitación un poco pequeña y olía un poco a humedad. Un poco raro también que había que cruzar la calle (con poco tráfico) para llegar a ellas desde el edificio principal y la piscina, aunque otras habitaciones si estaban mejor situadas

La partie Hotel bien, propre, lit confortable , chambre avec de l espace, douche et wc privatif. La piscine apporte un plus très important. Pour le restaurant, service très très long , 1h30 pour le menu du jour (entrée, plat dessert) . Melon jambon en fait 4 petites tranches de melon , et le dessert , a mon gout trop sucrée. Domage le restaurant fait baisser la note

Emplacement exceptionnel un 3 étoiles douteux...

J'avais réservé une chambre au mois de mars sur votre site en ayant la présentation de chambres agréable pour le mois de juin.En arrivant il m'a été proposé une chambre dans une annexe de l'autre côté de la rue très peu lumineuse vieille moquette et sanitaire vieillissant ...Après discussion une autre chambre m'a été proposée beaucoup plus convenable côté jardin. Le cadre situé au bord du lot proximité de Saint cirq lapopi est agréable à proximité des chemins de halages. Par contre' un 3 étoiles affiché' j'ai du mal à comprendre... propreté moyenne odeur d'humidité dans la chambre... Note très positive pour le menu du soir. Ambiance agréable. Mais c'est un hôtel qui a besoin d'investir et de ne pas vivre sur ses acquis.... et un emplacement exceptionnel.

Un accueil sympathique, un personnel disponible, très aimable, très prévenant. L'hôtel est situé dans un paysage magnifique, se baigner dans la piscine avec la vue sur les falaises est un grand plaisir. Les chambres sont simples et propres. Prendre la demi-pension : on mange bien au restaurant ! Une halte bien trouvée sur la route des vacances.
