Small home Medford OR

Great place for a couple to a larger family. The living rm, dining, and kitchen are together downstairs. Smaller but plenty of room and seating. Upstairs is 2 large bedrms, "kids" bedrm, full bath, and desk for laptop work. VERY responsive owners. We will stay again.

Good location but needs a deep clean

The location of the rental was great, however, there is no backyard and shares a front yard with another rental so if you have a dog, you have to use the front yard. The space could also use a deep clean, especially the carpets, however, the beds and kitchen were clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with this property. The downstairs is small but nice and functional. The upstairs is quite roomy especially the master bedroom and bathroom! Nice large television too. There is a second room plus a small alcove in the master with a bed perfect for keeping little children near mom and dad at night. The front yard is great for dogs and the parking is ample.

Poor cleaning crew

This place did what it needed, a bed and a place to eat simple meals. It does need a bit of maintenance, but nothing that would hinder a pleasant stay. Whomever cleans the place needs to be taught how to clean! There was dirt and garbage behind the couch and under one bed there was garbage, a sock and a pair of shoes! I notified the owner and they are going to talk to the cleaning people. If you want high end, this is not the place, but if you just need a place to stay, it fits the bill.

Wedding Weekend Rental

Had some trouble with temperatures in house, but was able to resolve it with property manager quickly. I pulled out couch to locate plug in and discovered trash behind it, left it out so cleaners could sweep behind this time. I didn't really realize it was located right beside another rental unit so we shared yard and driveway. This made us unable to close gate for dog to be in front yard. This would be a great rental for families attending sporting events in Medford area. It is located right across from North Medford High School sports fields and parking lots

We really enjoyed staying in your property - everything was just as we expected and needed.The only change I would encourage you to make would be to install a washer and dryer. It would be very helpful for visitors staying a week or longer.

Great place for us and our 2 dogs. Plenty of room for sleeping but downstairs area (kitchen, living area) was a bit small. The lawn out front was great for the dogs. Would stay here again if bringing our dogs with us.

We found the place very comfortable. The Living Room / Kitchen area downstairs & all bedrooms bathroom upstairs was interesting. We had a few questions initially that Owner answered promptly. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. There was a super cute child’s bed quaintly tucked away in a closet area which we did not use but it was a great use of the space. I also really enjoyed watching the planes land off in the distance at the Airport in the evening. A lot of space for a great rate.

This was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay while spending time with our family, so we didn't spend much time at the home. It's right on a busy road. The house itself is clean and basic. Appreciate being able to have our dog with us.

The location for us was good. The place was clean to our liking. Quick breakfasts and snacks were all we ate there. The king bed comforter had a small rip in the middle and not clean thus we didn't use it. The tub faucet dripped when off. The baby gate at the bottom of the steps is broken where it hooks. It would be nice to have a bathroom on the bottom floor. Overall it's a nice place for a short time.

Great small house for 2. We just needed a place to sleep which worked great. The bed frame is noisy. If you move while you sleep, it will wake you. House needed some extra cleaning done, your allowed pets in the house so it does smell like dogs.
