A 4 night stay was very pleasant and the apartment was clean and well equipped. Positives: Clean, Sensibly equipped. In good reach of Bournemouth via beach or road. Beach 10 minute walk. Convenient shop below apartment. Good neighbourhood. Street parking available this time of year. Negatives: Shower door nob was loose. Bathroom basin took some time to empty. Lightbulbs were not sufficient for the room size. I would stay here again. Overall very pleased. Thank you

Good location, not cleaned on time or completely.

The property was in a good location for our plans and just the right size and facilities for what we wanted from the stay. However, when we arrived it had not been properly cleaned. Somebody came out soon to do a quick clean, but for the rest of the week it was still a little dirty and it smelled like somebody had been smoking there. Also, our plans for that evening were disrupted. The owners compensated us for this but it still made the stay less enjoyable.
