Lovely flat in a great location
Great location really close to the beach and local amenities, with a parking spot. A lovely flat, clean and homely with all the facilities you would want and the extra thoughts of providing lots of book and games for any downtime! We would definitely recommend esp if you want easy access to the beach in Boscombe. Friendly and helpful communuication from the owner.

Great Apt and location
This ground floor apt in a luxury building was just perfect for our weekend stay in bournemouth. Just a short walk from boscome beach and the town centre makes for a great location to explore all bournemouth has to offer. Apt itself was very clean and an ideal size for us. Great comms and info provided by the host. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely apartment beautifully furnished and equipped and very accurate description of the location. As one person has difficulty walking at times the back door on to the car park was very helpful.

Excellent apartment and location
This property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Everything in the apartment was clean, tidy and very good quality attention to detail with the decoration made it feel very homely. It had games to play and was well equipped for cooking meals in if you didn’t want to go out to eat. The apartment had a back door straight into the car park which was very convenient as one of our party struggles with walking. The lady who owns the apartment was great at communicating with and helped us with all our queries and was very accommodating. I totally recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year! without doubt we would love to return for another holiday

Fabulous location and well maintained flat
We loved staying at flat no 51, having the access door to the outside was perfect. The different levels with steps may not suit older people who have walking problems. The flat was roomy and had everything you needed. Loved the huge walk in shower in the en-suite.

Pleasant Stay
The location can’t be beaten. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in one direction, and similar time to the High Street in the other. On the High Street definitely recommend Boscanova, especially the pancakes - you may have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. The basement flat itself is comfortable. Solidly built so you don’t hear the neighbours. The kitchen has everything you need with quality kitchenware. Lovely big sofa in the living room. I can definitely recommend and we would be happy to stay here if in the area again.

The property was clean and tidy and was in good condition. It’s location is ideal for the beach and town. The outside access made taking our luggage in and out very easy. The only downside was that none of the windows had a view as the apartment is on the lower ground floor from the front. However there was plenty of natural light despite this.

Spacious, clean and in an ideal location
Returned recently from a one week break with my wife and 2 children under 11. The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was also larger than I had expected. Having your own entrance door was great as it lead straight to the car park. Communications with the order was first class and she responded to queries very promptly. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Burlington mannor in Boscombe. The property was very clean and spacious. All of the amenities you could think of were there in the apartment. It was a lovely touch that hand washes were available in both bathrooms as we only brought one ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep all of the nights we stayed as it was quiet and peaceful at night times. There was plenty of room which was great. Teresa was very quick to reply to messages I sent her which was very helpful. The gym was really good and we enjoyed our workout sessions also. The entrance hall was always very clean and was very well decorated. 10 out of 10. We will definalty stay again in the future. Beach is close by and plenty with restaurants. Shops were a five minute walk and Boscombe bus station was also very near. Thanks Teresa for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful!
This was a great surprise. We normally are not fond of garden condos, but this one is the exception. A very well appointed home whether you want to go to the beach, cook, read, play games or do nothing. Very nicely decorated. They thought of everything. Excellent location to the beach, restaurants and public transportation. Very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this home. We had a very relaxing stay.

Perfect for the needs of a family of four
Location was perfect for what we wanted which was a quiet week as a family of four. Close to the beach with a few bars and restaurants even closer. The apartment was exactly what was needed too. 2 bathrooms and a great well stocked kitchen made catering for 2 young children really simple not to mention the great choice of TV entertainment offerings which kept them happy whilst we prepared for long days at the beach. The gym is pretty well stocked too and literally at the top of the stairs. Pretty faultless really and if staying in Bournemouth again for a week I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Teresa as she was brilliant and communicated so well so that we didn’t have any problems at all. If only all businesses were run so well. Thanks so much for giving us such a fantastic week at the end of Summer

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in central location
This was our second visit within 2 months. The apartment is everything you could want in a holiday let. It is spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a large selection of dvds and books available as well as board games should the weather not be kind and its location is so central with beaches, shops and public transport within a 5-7 minute walk. It is really difficult to find somewhere that has so much going for it and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending it

Well presented, spacious apartment in a great location
Burlington Mansions is a fine building. We loved the turret-like features, and the front entrance wooden revolving doors and huge chandelier in the foyer. Flat 51 itself is a well presented, well equipped apartment, having everything you could possibly need for a short break. The apartment is well laid out, with a spacious hallway separating the bedrooms and bathrooms from the lounge & kitchen. There is not the slightest feeling of being confined or hemmed in, even though it is a basement apartment. There is plenty of light filtering through the windows, and the mural outside the lounge window was a nice touch (much better than looking out onto a plain wall). The location is fabulous, being just 5 minutes from the beach at Boscombe, and 5 minutes from an abundance of shops. Most days we strolled into Bournemouth itself (approx half an hour along the seafront), and we also went in the other direction to visit nearby Southbourne (we can thoroughly recommend Ludo Lounge). There are many lovely cafes & restaurants within Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. The owner of flat 51 was a pleasure to deal with, 100% for customer service.

Perfect apartment for a break.
We've just returned from Teresa's fantastic apartment. The first thing that hit us was great location, We've always liked Boscombe and to have the beach/pier 5 mins walk down the hill is great. The residence itself is ideal for a family (my wife, 3 yo daughter and I travelled). Everything you could want with plenty of comfort, genuinely wouldn't have changed anything inside. Dedicated off road parking was also a big plus. We'll definitely return and will certainly recommend this property to friends. Tips for the area: - Save driving into town, there is a land train that connects boscombe to the main town. - Wood oven at the bottom of the hill serves the best pizza I've had outside of Naples Urban reef (sister restaurant) also fantastic. - Reef encounter gives welcome respite in the form of a beer halfway up the hill from the beach!

Spotlessly Clean, Well Equipped, Comfortable, Warm, Good Location for Sea Front.
My husband and I enjoyed a week in this lovely apartment. Excellent communication from the owner Teresa, a lovely lady. Plenty of lovely restaurants on your doorstep or cook yourself in the well equipped kitchen. Not far from the beach and a fab walk into Bournemouth. We took in a show at the Pavillion one evening, fab. My husband and I even walked to Hengistbury Head and caught the ferry across to Christchurch, a brilliant day out and stunning views. If you do venture to Christchurch, eat in James and White which is an absolute must sooooo good, and excellent value. It is a lot of years since the 2 of us visited Bournemouth and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us Teresa. Fantastic property ideal for beach, bars and restaurants
Property extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is like home from home and everything has been thought of from plenty of plates and glasses to cleaning stuff and dishwasher tablets Having 2 bathrooms is great and they are both nicer than mine at home! A bonus has to be the designated car parking space behind the Property which has a bollard meaning no one can park in it Property is a short walk to Boscombe pier with its bars and restaurants in one direction and Boscombe town with its shops and eateries in the other It's a pleasant walk along the sea front to Bournemouth or you can catch the land train. It's also well situated should you wish to get out further a field by car All in all would definitely stay here again if we return to Boscombe

Stunning Apartment in a great location
The directions and pack supplied by the owner(Teresa) were the best that we have ever received for a holiday.The front of the building stood out in the road.On entering the foyer through the revolving door the words stated from us both was "wow". The apartment is a short easy walk from the foyer down one flight of stairs.The apartment itself was very spacious with excellent quality fixtures and fittings and was very clean on arrival. Every item that was required for the stay was supplied. New sheets were delivered on the first Saturday by a very pleasant lady. There is a door at the rear of the apartment that leads to the car park where the car could be unloaded easily and this also gave easy access to and from the apartment for daily use. The allocated parking spot was of a decent size and could be secured when not in use with a rising bollard. All in all I think it will be very difficult to beat this accommodation.

Burlington apartments are superbly located to enjoy all the facilities and attractions of this beautiful part of the south coast. Lovely welcome by Teresa and excellent communication both before and during our stay. Flat 51 was very clean and comfortable, very well equipped, there was nothing we wished they had everything had been thought about. we had a fantastic family holiday and it was just like coming home each evening. We couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment. Me and my girlfriend came here for a mini break and loved the apartment. It's got everything you need and the location is perfect for a short stroll into bournemouth. We would definitely come back again.
