Very popular hotel, was full of people. We use the hotel just for sleep . We did not eat nothing from the hotel,we just had some beers at night from the bar. The waitress with red hair a bit rude but okay. The room hotel looks old, the bathroom door inside need painting, the tap from the bathroom moving, the beds lots of noises . Average okay for the money .
I didn’t expect much it was only 3* the bedding was clean but the room and bathroom was disgusting dirty curtains badly cracked wash basin cracked floor tiles and air vent not working we were in room 33 the stair carpet leading to the room was foul. We suggest somebody checks this place out before recommending it. It was so bad we don’t feel we could rely on your services again.

Was clean and tidy but in the bathroom was missing the toilet brush.
We arrived to book in at 22:15. Place was obviously busy as there was no parking. The road outside is all double yellows so we squeezed in a spot at the exit.
There were two people checking in in front of us. Two staff at reception but only one actually doing the checking in. It took 35 minutes for us to get to the front of the short queue. No hello no apology no smile, just “name”. She became distracted twice and the poor lady in front of us was told there was no room for her. The room was hotter than sleeping in the caldera of an active volcano. The windows barely opened but there was an ineffective fan which blew the hot air around. The room is in need of a refurbishment. Mismatched new and old furniture and so many cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom some bordering on dangerous. There was someone else’s used bar of soap on top of the unused dispenser and there is orange slime around the shower holder that indicates it has not been cleaned in a while. The bed had a bounce worthy of a gymnastic trampoline one person moves all move. The only redeeming feature is breakfast in the morning but the coffee is bordering on disgusting. No we won’t be back. Overpriced room it is not even to the standard of a travelodge but charges like the Hilton for a Saturday night. £122 was not worth it it is a £37 room all day everyday.
Very hot in the room although we ve been there in april, so not so hot outside. We try sleep with the windows open and also there were 2 fan, but usless...not very clean ans staff not very friendly ,the only good point is that is that the hotel is not far from the sea side
Last occupant's rubbish in the bin.
Turn on rhe cold tap to gill the kettle for a hot drink, water runs brown. Full 10 mins before clear enough to think of using for anything.
Hot water in the sink, but no matter how you adjusted the shower it was only tepid.
Just because my partner didn't have ID we wasn't allowed to stay. We had no where to go. We're not from Bournemouth. So we had to sleep on the streets for the night. The staff was no help and very rude. I have stayed there before with my partner and he's had no ID but still been allowed to stay. It is disgusting how they was just willing to let us sleep on the streets. Worst hotel in Bournemouth.
Fire alarm went offat 6.10am
Staff weren't very helpful any time.
Bar staff very miserable and rude to customers
Not even a DID YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY on checkout.
Not told that room wasnt going to be cleaned during my 3 night stay.
Bathroom dirty and overall the hotel needs to be updated. Downstairs smoking drugs in their room which smelt bad.
Dont expect to pay £60 per night for this stay.
Wont stay here again
Stayed here many times before because of its location. I was given a very nice room by a wonderful English receptionist who has been there for 5 years and always gives her best. Well done and sorry I forgot your name!
I really enjoyed our families stay until the morning before we was due to check out I got a phone call off the receptionist accusing me of having got tickets for a meal time and didnt pay although I'd never eaten once in the hotel, she then phoned back with a half hearted apology when she must of realised it wasn't me.
Staff in the restaurant were nice and friendly, bed was uncomfortable, slight mould around window and on the net curtains, toiletries were minimal. Not as good as the first time we stayed.
Really warm and welcoming staff who were nicely spoken and corporate in appearance. Public areas clean as a pin. Stairwells looking tired and threadbare. Outside was unfortunately looking very tatty. However, we used a twin room which was spotless (if well used) and the stay was an absolute bargain at just £37. I mean, what can one really expect? No tegrets from me and Id definitely use it again.
Stayed here several times, honestly really good little hotel. Very good price and decent rooms.

No wifi , no shower gel, so much noisy, next door keep knocking my door without any reason, i paid 7£ for wifi but wasn’t working, TV wasn’t working, no hot water, we turn on hot water tab, and it sounds very horrible.
I was very disappointed. I realise this is a budget hotel but it really was poor and I would not stay in one of your hotels again.
The place is extremely shabby and needs urgent refurbishment. My room had an awful constant plumbing noise and no heating. After a couple of hours I reported this and was given another room. This was OK but approached by a terrible stone staircase and again very shabby. The TV did not work and it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and fix it. I received no apology for any of this. They seemed understaffed and uninterested. I have never had the need to write a complaint like this before, obviously some hotels are better than others but this was very poor. My short break to visit family and friends in my home town was somewhat marred. Lesson learnt, you get what you pay for but come on you should be able to do better than this!carr

What you pay for is what you get , could be better
Very basic but it reflects the price so not really surprising however it could have been cleaner and the music didn’t stop till very late and than the doors banging started
The odd timings for the swimming pool was a joke .
Hotel was fine for what you paid, the room was clean and adequate. The facilities were fine for the night. Leisure facilities was an added bonus - we were close to them - which was great. We didn't eat at the hotel, but we got a very good recommendation in Bournemouth town centre, a bit of a walk but that was great to help the food go down. Not sure if there was a lift, but as we were on the ground floor - that wasn't a problem. PS, breakfast was nice in the morning (nothing special, but hot breakfast with a good choice)
