Wonderful host, room was clean, lovely and quiet, and I had a comfortable nights sleep. Short walk to the beach and pier. I got a ‘Too good to go’ meal in the evening from the local Harvester (Neptune) for tea. Free parking at the front (first come first served basis). Thoroughly recommend 🌸
Excellent location to O2, beach and town centre
Lovely lady on reception
Property needs an overhaul - very tired and awful decor - feels more like student flats and room absolutely tiny ! Parking great and didn’t try the breakfast - all in all good value for money but don’t book if you like a bit of luxury - this is a functional hotel to get your head down for the night
What a lovely stay I had. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spot on and very comfortable.
Will definitely stay again.
We had a great time staying here.
Everyone was so helpful, very kind and pleasant to us.
5 min walk for beach , great location and lovely area..
Will definitely be going back here soon .

Decent place to stay for a night when visiting family. The owner, Raj, was very friendly and helpful and I'd happily stay here again. Location was ideal, being a five-minute walk from the seafront. I was able to park in front of the hotel.
Nice enough place. Could've found better in the area. Heating was limited. Was offered a heater on check in but declined. Wasn't expecting literally no heating til 5pm next evening. No heating in bathroom. Towels were old and barely even covered an adult male. Good TV. Crap curtains. Ok bed. Wouldn't stay again.
Lovely big room, windows had been open so cool despite being the hottest day of the year! Plenty of tea, coffee etc. very friendly and helpful owner, who looked out for a free space when I was getting stressed trying to park! He also gave me a coffee after my triathlon when I returned to my car after 10am even though I’d checked out at 6am!
Easy walk to beach or town and nice cycle over to Bournemouth for an early morning triathlon.
On arrival was greeted by a lovely man and shown to our room it was nice and big immaculately clean with everything we needed. They do breakfast but we didn’t try it, short walk to the beach which was very handy as we got to watch the air show. 😃
We stayed here for a night
Raj was super helpful friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy
Will definitely stay again

Near Boscombe beach and pier
we were staying overnight on or way to Devon. The hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from Boscombe pier. there is parking out front, however we wondered if this could be a challenge/lottery when the hotel is full? Raj was very helpful and stated he had only bought the hotel a couple of months earlier. The room was clean and tidy. Raj may choose to freshen it up over the quieter time of year. Overall, it offered value for money and we would be happy to return to the Boscombe Spa in the future, and would recommend it as a place to stay in and around Bournemouth
Great location for the beach. Raj was very welcoming and showed us to our room. Room was very clean and a good size. Overall very happy with our stay here. Look forward to coming again!
Dreadful! No-one in property when we arrived for check in so had to call a mobile. Hotel freezing cold when we arrived and radiator in room we were given was unusable. Rainwater pouring in window reveal. No tv aerial so no terrestrial tv. Complained and were moved to a different room. Marginally better but dirty. Hadnt seen a duster for years. TV still not working as no aerial and we were told they had Amazon Prime ... no log in details provided. Had to watch iplayer which buffered constantly. Left asap the following morning. My advice would be ... just dont stay there! For £80 a night it was a total rip off!
It was so bad we wouldn't stay. We went and found a different hotel. Toilet door wouldn't close, bedroom walls dirty and badly needed plastered and painted. Wardrobe couldn't be used as the chest of drawers was blocking it. There was only one hard chair between two of us. Couldn't get to the widow as the bed was pushed up against it.
