イベント会場に近い快適なホテル
イベント会場であるBournemouth International Centreに近いので、3回目の利用でした。 毎回快適な滞在をしています。 ロンドンからも車で行きやすいです。 今回はその後コーンウォールをめぐるドライブをしました。 ホテル自体がイギリス南部の海岸に位置しているので、この時期(1月)でも日本より寒くありませんでした。 シーズンオフなので、観光地が空いてて助かります。

キレイなホテル
朝食も美味しくて快適でした。 ただ、イギリスではよくあることですが、建物が古いため、客室の廊下などが傾いている感じでした。

Confortable room and goo breakfast.
I stayed 4nights with my friend. It was very confortable and clean room. So I stayed relaxed. It was convenient place for me, because during that stay, I went to see the Dance event in the Bournemouth International Center. It took within ten minutes slowly walking. And I did not expect breakfast, but it was very good. I enjoyed very much in every morning. If I had a chance to visit agin, I'd like to stay here.

Great Hotel in a quite location off the main road. Bus service good good quality pool and spa. Breakfast good all food hot. The only problem the hairdryer wasn't worki g properly and could do with a tray for cups and tea items on.

Good prime location. Easy access to main roads. Excellent facilities including sauna, steam, spa & swimming pool. There is an in house restaurant with the bar as well.

The hotel it’s self was pleasant and the staff on arrival were lovely the only thing that ruined our weekend away was the area around it and how our van was broken in to at night no sever damage was done but a few personal items were taken! The hotel do have security cameras in the surrounding car park but to get the evidence they said it would take them a couple of hours to recover this! The police are informed of the incident and the hotel did say they would contact me but I’ve heard nothing since regarding this incident.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant looked recently remodeled and the food and service were great. It was a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.

It’s a good location for a couple of nights stay However it is a little tired. The rooms were perfectly acceptable and clean. The corridor and stairs carpets were showing signs of age. The Pool ect was very good but again it was tired. Would I return most definitely

Great hotel with great facilities, friendly staff but unfortunately we could not sleep well. Room's wall very thin, we could hear the 3 people in the next room shouting and swearing. It was horrible really!

Good relaxed stay
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel carpets were worn but clean. Beds were comfortable and quiet for road noise except on bin day. breakfast was lovely.

Not the best western
Alot of the hotel was tired and dated. The bed room appeared to be clean but, then noticed dust on the mirror and dressing table. There was abit of limescale in the kettle, no tray incase of spills while tea making. The matress sagged in the middle and was flat, pillows were similar. The bathroom had peeling paint on a unit next to the toilet. There was congealed soap stain on the base of the dispenser. Bath was fitted with a shower curtain. We had the worst nights sleep as kept being disturbed by a frequent noise. Couldn't make out what it was and where coming from, sounded machine pump of sorts but, it continued all night. When we returned to the hotel after a show the bar was closed and it was only around 10:30 pm! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We only stayed one night so didnt complain but made them aware on check out.

Well positioned to transport and town (we took a bus from Swanage that stops at the end of the street) Staff friendly and helpful. Room and hotel clean and well presented. Very busy with a wedding and lots of guests due to local events but still the room was quiet and nil inpact to our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay, staff were polite, (many felt new and inexperienced but some guiding more experiencedstaff obvious) and options plentify. We didnt use the other facilities due to our limited time but nice to know they are available and looked good, as did the parking options. Would stay here again.

Not good at all. Room really noisy because a party was happening . I was with my child with me and we have left the hotel 1 day before and they didn't refund me . Pay for parking on site for 2 nights and i stayed only 1night . Awful :-( not good hotel for kids .

Lovely hotel
We arrived late at night, and were given a room that was smaller than expected, with a fine layer of dust, looking like it was probably cleaned after the last guests left, but not recently. In the morning, we changed to a new room, larger, more airy, and beautifully clean. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite, and we had a lovely restful weekend.

Pleasantly surprised by the impressive entrance and reception, that has been refurbished. Unfortunately, the bedrooms definitely need updating. We had a larger double, with a king size bed, but the room was small and the shower cubicle very small and awkward to get in and out of. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise, but very noisy, even when you turn it off. Be aware that unless you book directly, they charge £8 a day for parking! One positive thing to add, the SPA was excellent.

Staff very polite and helpful, great service. Enjoyed a wonderful meal in the Brassiere restaurant. Spa facilities were great. Room very comfortable and can recommend staying here!

Very convenient for beaches, short walk to town centre and onsite parking is good value. Room just okay for an executive room and overall everything is a little dated. Some noise in the eve (nearby club) but does stop before midnight.

Hotel and customer service overall was ok. The low rating is due to the air conditioning unit being extremely noisy intermittently throughout the night causing me to jump when it banged and rattled despite being off. Called Conceirge in the middle of the night and only solution was to move us to another room whilst trying to sleep and said that the AC will take 1.5hours to stop after switching off due to the system cooling down. This has never happened with any hotel or our home AC. Ended up with no sleep and ruined our following day. The hotel overall is clean spa facilities are good but close at 8pm. But will not be returning due to noisy cowboy AC.

Enjoyed our stay, bed was very comfortable, we had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, which was nice to sit out in the sun. Bedroom smelt a bit musty when walked in, but smell soon went with balcony doors open. Room needs a bit of an upgrade with carpet. Shower in bathroom was very good, very hot and powerful. We used the swimming pool spa area which was very nice and relaxing, pool is a very good size for a decent swim. Did not use the dining room for breakfast, so can not say what the food was like. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were polite professional but friendly and did everything asked promptly with a smile. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Service in the restaurant was excellent but we found main course quantities a little overwhelming. One fault: the air conditioning in our bathroom ceiling was very noisy and needs attention
