"We had an amazing stay in Belgium. Daniellle our host was sweet and welcoming. We stayed in the Gite Atelier and it felt as if we were at home. We travelled from the U.K. to the property, which is located centrally and the property is close to the airport near Charleroi which made it easy to collect my parents from. The farm was magical, which made our Christmas memorable. The Gite are self catered which means you do have to bring everything from towels to groceries you require, but this only...

"Nous sommes un groupe de 22 randonneurs et nous avons séjournés par groupe de 12 dans le logement. Logement très bien agencé, toilettes indépendants et salle d'eau en nombre très satisfaisant. Annick was a kind and courteous host who even provided a few goodies to get us started as we arrived late on a Sunday after most shops where closed. Rance itself is within walking distance but doesn't have much to offer. A car is pretty much essential to get around and explore the countryside. We would have given the property 5 stars but the lack of a laundry made it a little difficult over the three weeks. Annick was kind enough...

"The location of the house is truly beautiful and very relaxing. Typically French interior. Lovely secure garden for our 2 small dogs. "

"Lovely room in converted buildings. Danielle is a helpful host. When we arrived, our two dogs were not allowed to stay with us in the room or allowed into property. We had communicated they were travelling too but received no message back to say dogs were not permitted. The owner found them a stable to sleep in. Simple breakfast available, overpriced for what it was, but tasty enough. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. "

"Not one thing was good... Really hot - no aircon or mini fridge to keep the bed clean Bedsheets were weird, they came off as soon as I got into bed. 5am banging noises. 6am banging noises. 7am banging noises. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and had a price tag of 9 euros... the breakfast was a laughable collection of a few jams, butter, and some warm bread. There were a few slices of gouda, but only had 2 - was afraid other guests wouldn't get some food in them. Oh, and the breakfast "chef" tried to get into my room in the morning :)) he was vigorously trying to unlock the old school lock at around 9:30am... when the che k-in was at 11am.... I was hoping he would say the first bkreakfast was a test - and he was there for premium room service. This is like a trucker wedding venue that also tries to do "hotel".... all at the meager cost of 97 euro "

"Excellent. Stunning setting. Villas were beautiful. Only downside is that there were a lot of cobwebs. Think we may have been the first of the season Second bedroom Could do with bed side lights and there needs to be another mirror other than the one in the main bedroom. Bigger tv and Netflix would be a good addition! None of this affected our stay. We had a lovely time. The surrounding area is amazing "
