「We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. So light and bright and clean. We were confused as to which door we were supposed to use. We went to the host’s house which is right next-door. She was kind and helped us get in. It’s not a big place but it has everything you will need. Just come relax and enjoy the view.」

「The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. 「The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Adequate supply of everything required was there. -not everyone uses one cup coffee machines. I found the Tassimo difficult to use and not cost effective. We went to Walmart and purchased our own drip coffee maker. -clear instructions on how to separate your garbage would have been helpful along with pick up day. -tv is mounted far too high on wall for comfortable viewing. -」

「Excellent location for Parlee Beach access. We were there for one week at the end of June 2022. We were 4 in our group. The cottage was as expected from the VRBO website. However, upon arrival we had to clean the floors as there was a lot of dirt on them. The place was full of dust all around. We brought our own sheets and pillows and found the mattresses stained. 「We enjoyed the place, it has a great location, it is rustic but has ac and washer dryer, close walk to the beach, the only downside was the beds, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced along with the living room furniture. The host was great and even offered us a fresh towels while we were there, the BBQ worked great, lots of propane and utensils, would definitely be back if it had new beds.」
