"We can for the spa for Mother’s Day, which was amazing. Arrived very early and the checked us in to the room straight away."

"Beware. I booked a king city view room only to be lumped in a King room which faced the dirty internal stairway with no light. The hotel staff were very rude saying that this is the room advertised - it was clearly not. The only other city view room they had was a small. We were moved into this room with no offer of a partial refund. Thankfully, after speaking with Expedia, they agreed it was false advertising and refunded our booking."

"The breakfast was excellent!! The on site restaurant is also fabulous! The hotel is right beside the train station as well as a beautiful park along the canal. Lots of shopping around. I’ll definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The spa was lovely however, no treatments available. The pool is warm and nice to chill (not swim in), there is also free fruit, tea and juices provided. Breakfast was not included within my booking but i opted for it later. I found it quite expensive as i did not want to over indulge however, if you do it is great. So many options to choose from, all very fresh and tasted great. Staff were welcoming at the front desk and the cleaners in the halls always said hello. "

"Breakfast had a very broad selection of delicious foods. Worth every penny. Location was easily accessible from the train station. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. "
