"I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Hotel Gothenburg. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to shopping and to many tourist sites. Also there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel as well as a ferry boat terminal. It is also an easy walk to the train/bus stations. The hotel is clean and modern with a lot of interesting photos of Gothenburg posted throughout the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped me locate an open currency exchange store when I checked in. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel to people visiting Gothenburg."
"My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. Simon, Elvira, and the entire team were outstanding. When my flight was rescheduled and I requested an extension, they had no family rooms available—yet Simon went out of his way to secure an alternative room for us. It was hands-down my best hotel experience. Everyone I met in Sweden was incredibly helpful, and it’s a bonus that they all speak excellent English."
"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again.
