1泊利用しました。部屋は受付のある建物とは別の建物にあります。トイレ・バスは共用。洗濯機もあります。個室はとても狭いです（寝るだけなら十分）。なぜか現地払いしか選択できませんでしたが、カードは問題なく使えました。

便利でかわいいクラシカルな宿
建物は年季が入っているけどスタッフの方がとても優しい。家具がかわいい。あとこの値段で市街地に近いのでとても便利。受け付けで1ドル入れれば水も買えます。周囲は夜間やや治安が悪いので手回品に注意。

頼んでも客室や共同トイレ、浴室の掃除にめったに来ない。9泊滞在中、2回だけ来た。 共同トイレには、トイレットペーパーがな いことが多い。 浴室には石けんやシャンプー、タオルがない。 ゴミ箱のゴミ集めも9泊滞在中、2回だけ。 宿の受付には常時、人がおらず、建物全体に施錠されているために、そもそも簡単に受付に行けない。 実際に宿泊したのは、予約した宿ではなく、近くの民家だった。

ダウンタウンからは少し離れていて、全くの住宅街に位置しているため、最初にホテルの場所を見つけるのは苦労するが、交通の便も悪くはない。スタッフは皆親切で、きちんと対応してくれたのはとても良かった。しかし、普通の古い民家の部屋を区切っただけの客室なので、トイレ・シャワーが共同だったり、全般的に清潔だとは言えないことなど、快適な滞在かと言われると、それは厳しい。また、窓もきちんと閉まっているわけではないため、冬の滞在となるとどうなのかと疑問に思った。ただ、キッチンは大型のものが（共同だが）使えるので、これは良いと思う。10分弱も歩けば大型スーパーもある。アメリカのホテルは総じて値段が高いことを考えると、こんなものかもしれない。

共有バスにしては高すぎる
ボストンのダウンタウンからは遠い。 泊まれる場所がなく安いのでここにしたがタクシー代考えるともっと近くて高いところで良かったと思う。夜は歩けない雰囲気なので治安もやや不安。３階のシャワールームがお湯が出ずらいし、シャワーじゃなくて鉄砲水みたいで大変だった！ これで1.5はないよー＞＜

あまりキレイではない
立地はすごく良く、駐車場がついているのは魅力的です。しかし、バス、トイレが共有で、バスマットはないは、髪の毛が残ったままだは、かなりひどい状況です。ベッドメイクもありませんでした。女性には、あまりお薦めできません。

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Old, dirty, they don’t care about this place. They might as well just shut it down. Do not EVER stay here. A motel 6 looks like a 4 seasons compared to this place. Felt absolutely disgusted.

Only complaints are the bathrooms. Broken door handles, no soap, garbage and trash, one of them was missing a shower head.

This place was a very basic “hotel” at an extortionate rate, probably because my stay coincided with the Boston marathon. There was a shared kitchenette with appliances which looks like they dated from the 1950s and a large TV that didn’t work (no signal cable); the shared bathroom had a shower that just about worked but, again, looked like it was 50 years old and had an unreliable temperature. The room itself was quite large in floor area but tucked under the eaves so had little space to stand up in. I’m not sure the lock on the door would have withstood a firm attempt to open it. Sheets and a blanket barely fit the bed and the window blind didn’t block out much light. If someone used the washing machine in the kitchen at night, the sound of the water pipes supplying it were very noticeable in my room. The rooms may have been clean but the decor was so tired that it was difficult to tell. The local area is “colourful” but that did mean there was plenty of choice of restaurants (mostly Korean) in the area. The plus point is that it was only about 10 minutes walk to the Harvard Avenue Green Line station so I could get into the city quite quickly even though it was a few miles outside the centre.

This is a great budget stay, but you are getting a budget experience so know what you're signing up for. Acoustics are bad. You can hear through walls. Condition of building is not great. But the rooms are clean, safe and the staff is helpful but lean, so they will do a very good job at their limited scope. I love staying here because it fits the constraints I have for short, business travel, but I wouldn't take a vacation here.

The property is really dilapidated inside. Steps broken, doors of the shared bathroom lock falling apart. Carpets are very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the window sill. Cigarette butts all over the front of the property. The attendant was very nice and polite and changed us to a slightly better room on the third floor.

Unkempt , needing extensive repairs to the interior, exposed water & sewer pipes in bedroom with gaping hole, unsanitary carpeting, very poor maintenance, poor cleaning, beds are sagging and unclean. Health department needs to take notice of this facility.

Un Hôtel Inn qui a besoin d'un gros coup de neuf
Bon j'aime pas être un spamer mais la je crois que c'est ma pire expérience voyage dans un pays développé... Points + = l'emplacement dans Allston, les restos à côté et l'accès en transport. Personnel sympa et réactif. Points - = je crois que les photos sur Hotel.com.datent d'il y a 20 ans... La peinture était bien usée comme les lavabos des salles de bains. Et mon dieu mais shampouiné vos moquettes... Le pire c'est que j'ai payé quasi 200$ pour 2 nuit dans ces condition. La seule chose qui sauve cet hôtel est son entourage et le personnel sympa.
