Spacious private single family house sitting right by the beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the master bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen area. Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.

Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. Master bedroom: King bed + Private bathroom+suite with an extra twin bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; Private driveway parking of 4 cars. Local regulation that only allows four or less unrelated parties to stay overnight will be followed.

Unbelievable Find on the Beach!

It was a perfect fit for our large family of eight!! The area is perfect access to all sights Boston while providing a great hideaway for quiet evenings at the beach. The house was very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything you need!

Took a few girls to the beach house for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! So well stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, and so much more. Great location and check in/out were both very easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Boston Holiday Weekend

This was a perfect house for our annual holiday weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the T into Boston. When we arrived the table was set for 6, complete with wine glasses which was a nice touch. If you choose to cook the kitchen is fully stocked. There was also enough seating in the living room for all 6 of us, something we don't usually find in a rental. We were right across the street from the water and had a beautiful view of the sunrise and of Boston. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

This house is nicely situation across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and a mile from the T. Kitchen is lovely and very functionable. Of the two bedrooms on the first floor, only one is private. The other doesn’t have a door. It wasn’t a problem but worth noting. We really enjoyed our stay.

Boston convenient

This rental served us well. Some challenges due to arriving late night in a snow storm and with snow and ice, but owner was very responsive to get us shoveled out quickly on the 1st morning. Washing machine did not work but owner got it replaced in a day. Traffic and signals are a bit loud especially for the upstairs bedroom.Nice view of the bay and downtown skyline.Overall a good rental for convenient access in and out of Boston and the South Shore.

To honor Mom

This house was perfectly suited to house myself and 4 siblings. We traveled from all 4 corners of the country to be present for the installation of our Mom's headstone at her gravesite. This home allowed us the opportunity to spread out. Bright and open, 2 huge bathrooms, comfy beds, fantastic location all add up to a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Would definitely return to this home!

Nice home

The home was clean and nice. I hate to be critical of anything but the outside of the property was in desperate need of some maintenance. The back deck seemed nice but the weeds were way overgrown so there was no sitting on the deck and enjoying the outside. The inside of the home was great and had some nice updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. The view was fantastic and it was nice being across the street from the beach.

Wonderful location, but property needs some repair work.

The location was great. We walked the beach, visited the park, and ate at the clam box. We enjoyed visiting the quarry, as well. The home does not seem to be kept up very well with cleaning and with general safety features (loose banisters, but most importantly faulty smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors). We had alarms go off on the first floor at 1am, which resulted in police and ambulance coming and waking and taking our 4 year old and 10 month old out of the house while it was checked out. The owner apologized and affirmed that these concerns will be rectified for future guests.

Fair for the price

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, there is a traffic light on the corner and it beeps all the time. I realize there is nothing the owner can do about this just be aware of it. Also two bedrooms have no doors you have to go thru them to get to other bedrooms which was not disclosed and we were all adults and this made it uncomfortable. The kitchen is awesome but needs more pots. We ate at the crab something within walking distance and food was disgusting. House would work for families with young children
