"Perfect location to explore Boston. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were small, the very comfortable king size bed took up most of the bedroom and the bathroom felt cramped (and I am only 5 ft. 4”)! Hotel seems recently remodeled, with everything clean and new. In the gym, one of the two peleton cycles wasn’t working. There is a coffee bar gift shop next to the School Street entrance which is convenient. And a great drug store right around the corner."

"Really good airport hotel. Excellent and reliable shuttle, as well as bridges from various terminals to hotel. Nice lobby if you have to wait on a flight. Decent restaurant, coffee shop. The staff is cognizant that many/most guests have or will fly, and they seem to work with you when you check in (e.g., asking for late check out, etc.). I have enjoyed both of my stays."

"First of all, the staff was amazing. 10/10. The location couldn't have been better. 10/10. Close to the Freedom Trail, Close to the transit, Close to Boston Common. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel. Our only issues were the rooms we pretty cramped, the air conditioning didn't work (It's not even turned on during the winter/spring months) and it was insanely hot in our room and the TV didn't work in our room because it couldn't connect to the Internet. It's expensive for what it is, but no fault of the employees, they were great and very helpful."
