＄25/day請求はいかがなものでしょう？
チェックインの時、昨年から宿泊日数×＄25を請求する事を認めるよう依頼されました。それはホテル内のレストランの飲食で使えるクーポンだと考えて欲しい、と言われましたが断りました。チェックアウト時請求書を見ると1日分は付いていましたが。アメリカのホテル代の高騰とこういう追加料金の請求で少しうんざりしました。清掃は丁寧で部屋は快適でした。

おすすめしません
家族で３部屋コネクティングルームのリクエストをしていたにもかかわらず、３部屋とも階数がバラバラで、エレベーターも乗り継がないといけない部屋でした。エレベーターの乗り継ぎはかなりストレスです。５泊の滞在中3回かえてほしいとリクエストしましたが、冷たく断られました。特に男性スタッフは冷たかったです。部屋には１部屋素泊まり約6万でしたが、スリッパも歯ブラシもなし。せっかくの家族での海外旅行だったのに残念です。高齢の父は日本に帰りたいとまで。4つ星は疑問です。

This was a very bad experience!!! We paid for the valet parking at Expedia. When arrived at the hotel, we waited for 20 minutes for the valet and no one showed up. We had to park at another parking facility.

We were at the Marriott Copley for my daughter’s graduation. There was three seniors and one person who needs special assistance. We loved the location of the hotel connected to the prudential center and the Copley plaza. It makes it easy for the group to have dinner and shopping without leaving in door spaces - it was raining and cold that weekend. Hotel staff were all very friendly, with the exception of one of the restaurant hostess who was obviously stressed and short with guests. The food was also very slow to come out. But over all , It was a great stay, we would recommend the hotel especially if you are worried about the weather not being so favorable.

Love the Copley Marriott. I’ve stayed there many times and actually used to live right around the corner for much of my life. I really like the new renovation as well as the addition of the Yard House. I think my only complaint is the housekeeper. She apparently doesn’t know the meaning of the Privacy Please/Do Not Disturb hang tag on the door. The constant loud knocks on the doors of the surrounding rooms first thing in the morning followed by “Housekeeping! Good Morning!” as loud as possible didn’t help with wanting and needing an extra hour or two of sleep. I will stay again because everything else was top notch and the convenience of the hotel to everything is great.

Beautiful views. Attached to a mall/shopping options. Yard house that stays open late. Even tho they have many levels to the hotel you dont have to wait for an elevator because they have plenty which is a PLUS. Loved staying here. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right

I would just like to express my disappointment with my stay. First, my room keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by security while they are explaining that the lock on my room is old and doesn't work anymore with the new keys. Why rent the room if your customers cannot get into it? The next issue is I was issued a handicap room. Why? I didn't book a handicap room? Then the shower faucet would not stay in one place. If I got the water to be warm and not scolding and let go of it, it would move all the way to hot and scold me. On top of that, the water damn system that you have in the shower simply doesn't work. The entire floor was covered with water. I had to clean it all up after my shower this morning. This is not what l expect to experience for over $300 a night. Please do something about this. In my opinion, I would request a full refund. Do better Marriott.

This is a fine property but they don’t have in-room dining and you order from a restaurant on the property. This is fine and the food was fine (we only had breakfast in the room) but they send it up in such wasteful packaging. Everything comes in plastic containers and bags and it’s just so so wasteful.

Very slow check-in. Staff Mixed up and assigned a different room than what was reserved. Difficult and timely to get correct room. Very nice property, excellent location, but staff is well bellow what is expeced.
