Apartment with a balcony and sea view, renovated in the characteristic historic center of Bordighera Alta, overlooking the typical Ligurian alleyways. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has an area of about 50 sqm. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen, and balcony. Bordighera Alta offers an authentic experience with many typical restaurants, and the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. There is also public parking for cars, and the train station is about 1 km away.

The accommodation is equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Guests are also provided with essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS ONLY VIA STAIRS, WITH NO ELEVATOR. THIS CONDITION MAY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. ACCOMMODATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT PARTICULAR ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as shown in the photos) with free parking with a time disc.
